I had to return the first one. The second one arrived in even worse condition, with bolts and washers dribbling out of the carton. Fortunately and amazingly, all the missing parts were on my driveway next to the carton. ! It is a very heavy item, and the original manufacturer's carton was not intended for this kind of shipping. Amazon makes no provision online (that I can see) to report the shipping problem. All you can do is return it. I did not see a phone number where I could call to resolve the issue. Maybe I'm wrong, you might know the system better than me. I found it frustrating. If you can put up with this, and are not in a hurry, the cost savings is considerable.
